Doo Doo Squad

I should have gotten this service a long time ago. I am a busy person and love my dogs. This service fills a great need for us. Techs are very professional and get every one each visit...... I am adding to this post here. I had a payment issue and Natalie at the Squad resolved it literally in a few minutes. This establishment really sees that good customer service is still the way to get customers and keep them. I highly recommend this service company. Shout out to my tech Alex who does such a great job. Get this service and you will keep it.

I had a great experience with Doo Doo Squad from start to finish. The technician texted me to let me know he was on his way, which I really appreciated. When he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job cleaning my yard. It looked great when he was finished.

I also want to give a special thank you to the receptionist who helped me sign up for the one-time service. I had just lost my dog of six years after she unexpectedly had a seizure and passed away. On top of the heartbreak, I had to pay for her cremation, so I couldn’t afford the higher prices that some other companies were charging. When I called Doo Doo Squad, the receptionist was incredibly kind, respectful, and empathetic during such a difficult time. Her compassion meant more to me than she probably realizes.
