Technician is always super thorough and they send a photo of your gate after they leave to show you that it is latched! The extra care for our pets safety is super appreciated, they’re great, consistent and always easy to contact if questions come up! The text they send when they’re on their way is helpful too so you have time to bring your pets in if needed!

Love this service! They do a great job of finding all the piles to get and are very careful with opening and closing our persnickety gate. They’ve recently begun texting when they are about to arrive and after they leave. I love this added effort. The techs are always nice and professional. Would recommend!
