My boyfriend and I were so excited to use Dominion Cleaning for our first house cleaning in our new home. I requested a deep cleaning service that was priced at $290. Once I booked my appointment, I was sent an email that said it was booked for a maintenance clean, so I kindly called to ensure they had the right service booked for me. Since I had never had a cleaning service done, I was nervous and prepared to have a conversation with them once they arrived on what they would be doing/how the process worked. Upon arrival, I was greeted by two very sweet ladies, but they couldn't understand English and I was not able to have any communication with them, as the translator app they were using was not working for them either.
