David and Melissa were highly recommended by a friend of ours and I am so glad that my family and I chose them to help us. They were very professional, great at communicating and had our best interest in mind. This was our second time purchasing a home but first time with a new build. David made sure he was with us every step of the way and was a perfect liaison between the builders and us. He was there for every inspection and mile stone, even during a pandemic! Over the years, my husband and I have purchased our fair share of homes. By far, the most pleasant experience I’ve had was with David Martin and his team. It was like looking for a home with a friend. It wasn’t without its bumps (the sellers agent was a piece of work🤦🏼‍♀️) but David made sure we didn’t feel any of the potholes and kept us informed every single step of the way.
