Eric and Jessica are top rate business people. They answered questions and “tweaked” fence settings electronically on both a Saturday evening and a Sunday afternoon. They were available for texts at all hours of the day and night as we acclimated a 5 month old (stubborn) American foxhound pup to the fence. Also, if you have a puppy in training, the electronic collar that you control from an app on your smart phone is a must have. We had a counter surfer that now responds when we simply pick up our phone. No warning or “nick” required! And we are not tremendously savvy tech heads. The app is very easy to use and understand.

Eric and Jessica were very helpful in selecting a system to protect Our Roxie. she was a runner Hunter and would dart out the Gate at every chance. After a week of training she learned her limits and no longer has any thoughts of leaving the fenced yard or bolting out the gate. She waits at the door to get her safety collar on every Morning before going out into the yard. We use the Invisable Fence as a secondary security system because we are a bit over protective but she wants no part of going near it. Eric was fast to respond and installation was completed as scheduled.
