Jessica and Eric were awesome to work with! They were able to fit us in and create different zones so my dog couldn't run from the backyard to the frontyard and visa versa. They were very responsive and were great with training and suggestions even post training. The technology of this system is amazing! They have come along way of the original dog fencing systems - I love that I can see the learning curve of the warnings and corrections and the app also tells me when the collar needs to be charged. This is a high quality and easy to use dog fencing system. The app that can be used with the collar in locations other than our yard makes it perfect for us. We saved the flags and use them to set a perimeter in our campsite when we go camping. It works great! I’ve been very happy with customer service too. An excellent choice for a dog fencing system! Eric and Jessica were absolutely wonderful to work with and very responsive. Three weeks after installation, our cable company accidentally cut the fence line. Eric was back out within the same week and fixed it in no time.
