We are both pleased with the work performed as it was time consuming and difficult to say the least.

DTR fixed my loose and hollow tile problems saving me over $15,000 to redo tile in the whole house as i could not match existing tile. They were professional and courteous and cleaned up their mess before leaving every day. I would recommend them to anyone with similar issues.

Tom Abondondolo (Dr. Tile) was recommended to me a few years ago, soon after I moved in. The tiles all over my house felt like they were "floating". Tommy, owner of DTR, stopped by unexpectedly two weeks ago and apologized profusely for the miscommunication between his company and us. He and his son who still works with him (the other one left for a job in computing) cleaned and repaired the guest bathroom tile job in less than an hour...to my complete satisfaction. He called me this morning as it was the first time he read my unpleasant review and was quite upset, not at me for the review but his daughter who never told him about my phone calls pleading him to call me (in the interim, she has left for Jacksonville for another job). Tommy trusted her to take care of the phone calls but she didn't. He found 18 unanswered phone calls on the voice mail that she had totally ignored. DTR cleaned and color sealed my tile floor last month and I am SO pleased with the results! I recently purchased this home and the tile had not been cleaned since house was built 15 years ago. The grout had not been sealed and was SO discolored. We have 2 older dogs so there are urine accidents frequently. The urine just beads up on the color sealed grout instead of penetrating the grout. Tom and his crew were prompt, courteous, and very careful during the entire process. I would highly recommend DTR to anyone who needs tile restoration.

I had a lot of hollow tile and this company fixed all the hollow areas in my house . They did a very good job I highly recommend them.
