I reached out to DTR to inquire about a tile repair. The woman I spoke with, Maria, was very friendly and helpful and although my job was too small in nature for them, it was a very small chip, she had me send pictures and then spoke to her boss who took the time to respond with suggestions and possible solutions for me to repair it myself. Thais a sign of a true professional and caring, attentive business owner. Should I need tile work in the future, they will be the first call I make. Thanks, Maria and DTR.
