I love how easy this program is to follow. Also I am at 3 1/2 weeks I have lost 12.8 pounds. I did go through a couple of days with a Keto type flu. Now that it is over I am feeling great. The red lights I find to be very calming. But the best part is Dr. Kory and staff. They answer questions quickly and send texts with really great information.

Been doing lights for around a month and I love how relaxing they are! I was surprised to realize how much junk I was eating and the hair test that tells you what your food sensitivities are opened my eyes to things I never thought I have an insensitive too when I eat!
