I bought a Groupon a while ago. Finally, I got the chance to call the Reset downtown location to schedule my massage. The manager told me that they do not have any openings until the end of the month. Even though I called to schedule my massage before my Groupon expires, I still would lose the Groupon value and need to pay for the difference because they can not schedule me in until after my Groupon expires.
