The people at Re-Set truly care about your health and well being. I have gone to chiropractors for over 20 years. In most cases it was hurry in and get you out. I have been going to Re-Set now for 2 1/2 years now. Dr. Kory not only does his adjustments but has also provided me with the knowledge and the tools to better my health and quality of life. I wish I had been able to actually try a massage before I rated them but after 7 weeks of attempts I’m giving up and rating them purely on customer service aspect. I was gifted a free massage by a work associate(who is a loyal long term customer) and was so excited to try them out because I’ve never had a professional massage and have physical issues that would have greatly benefitted from their expertise but alas I never got my chance.
The first two weeks I would call at various times on random days trying to reach a live person to schedule my gifted massage. Never could reach anyone so I started leaving voicemails with my name and number asking to be called back to get something scheduled.
