I appreciate that he is very knowledgeable and all business.

Honest, friendly, and straight forward. Also, has a bit of a sense of humor which I enjoyed.

Dr. Coussa has impressive credentials yet his demeanor is such that one doesn't need to use Google to translate when he explains the steps of a procedure. As a new patient I felt no anxiety for my diagnosis and treatment, in fact just the opposite.
