I booked an appointment for a deep cleaning before Thanksgiving which the company said they would do on Monday. I called to see what time Monday they could come and they said they could only come on Wednesday at 1 pm if that was acceptable. I said okay. They did not show up, they did not call, nothing. I called them to see what time they were coming and they said not at all because they didn't have enough workers today. They had a lot of excuses, but no apologies, and no offer to make up for their shortcoming. Now we have to do all the cleaning ourselves for Thanksgiving along with the cooking. Looks like an all nighter because of trusting this cleaning company. Do not use them - they will let you down and you will be cleaning yourself.
