DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

I have never been so disappointed with services NOT rendered. Whoever is managing their operations cannot be counted on for carrying out tasks. We had called 3 weeks in advance to schedule both a move-in clean to be followed by a carpet clean on a Friday morning. We called a week before to confirm and should have realized something was off at that point - they had only initially booked us for the move-in clean and not the carpet clean. We were able to straighten everything out and make sure that everything was still okay.

Then the day before, they called us and asked if they could come at a different time on Friday, which was fine with us and we accommodated.

These girls were fantastic! After moving all day, I did not have it in me to clean. They came in, got the place spotless and I got my full deposit back! I highly recommend this service.

We had to get a professional carpet clean per our lease agreement when we moved out. I picked them because they were the cheapest, but wow, I was impressed. No way I could have made the carpets look that good with a rug doctor. They did a great job
