Let me start by saying that in my less disabled years, i cleaned houses. But due to my physical inability to get to all the spots near the ground, i hired this company to come do a deep cleaning for me after we had been in our house for 7 years. First of all, the two people they sent were punctual, professional and i just thought they were wonderful people. Very kind to me.(i have never experienced showing someone the dirt in my house and was slightly embarrassed)😜 They worked their tails off non-stop and oh my goodness!!! My house is amazing again!! Feels like when we first moved in!! I may have their names incorrect, but big shout out for keith(?) and anita (?)!! I have a terrible memory when it comes to names..hahaha. But they were moving and grooving!! I had dusting top to baseboards, window ledge and glass cleaning, sweep, vaccum and mopping for 2 bathrooms, master bedroom,...

I ended up booking DJM Cleaning in spite of some of the negative reviews and I'm happy I did. I had my two bedroom, one bath cleaned and the place was immaculate after they left. I did have a slight scheduling miscommunication but the owner very quickly resolved it which I really appreciated.

I have a soft spot for family owned small business trying to make things work, so maybe I have more patience and understanding than most which explains some of the negative reviews. If you're like me, I highly recommend you give them a shot---especially if you're someone who wants a good quality cleaning without breaking the bank.

I purchased a Groupon cleaning from DJM Cleaning for house cleaning and carpet cleaning. They did an outstanding job. Sarah explained what was included and not included. I did have to upgrade my package but I was very happy with the service once it was completed. My home looks amazing!

Do not use this company. We had 2 cleaners booked for a total of 6 hours (3 hrs each). Only 1 guy showed up and he reeked of cigarette smopke and bad hygiene. Against our better judgement, we let him in. It took him an hour to clean one half bathroom. Afterwards he said the 2nd cleaner wasn't going to make it. He then went outside to smoke a cigarette brinign back the fumes inside my house. WHY WOULD WE WANT CIGARETTE SMOKE INSIDE OF WHAT'S SUPPOSED TO BE A CLEAN HOUSE?!?!?!We told him to leave an requested a refund. HORRIBLE!

THEY ARE A PART TIME COMPANY BUT REALLY EXPECT PEOPLE TO WORK ALL DAY 6 DAYS A WEEK....THEY ARE SOME RUDE PPL...THEY HANG UP ON EMPLOYEES...FORGET CUSTOMERS AND LEAVE EMPOLYEES AT CUSTOMER HOUSES...

Would loved to have given them 5 stars but the cleaning women broke my blinds and left me a voice mail stating that it was an accident. They were old but should have been replaced by the owner. I followed up with the owner and he said he'd replace the broken blinds. He did not follow through on replacing them. I had to pay to fix the blinds myself. Additionally I had to reclean the oven. The carpets looked great.

Horrible customer service. Called to ask about a group and having services done, they did not even try to work with me on getting my business. Lady on the phone was unpleasant and rude. Would not suggest this company or using their Groupon.

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. DMJ Cleaning say they are licensed and insured and bonded. But yet insist on associates to pay for broken glass three times the amount of worth. On top of that they withhold pay from employee's. Make you start work under the impression you get paid training and great pay. Several employees are taking this company to court. This company is a scam and change locations often! DO NOT WORK HERE !

(UPDATED DUE TO OWNER RESPONSE) Buyer beware! They have a nice price point but work is well below par. Our deep clean included a number of services that were not executed. We had challenges communicating as well. I would not recommend them to anyone I know nor will we rehire.

In response to the comments below, we did respond and then asked for email addresses to send. We were provided with bogus accounts. I was not contacted again on Saturday but instead later yesterday at 2pm. I had provided a 12pm time on Saturday but according to new GM he was "sick" all weekend and unable to respond. Note I would not have known about the delay in arrival had i not called in the first place.
