My experience at Diversion Center has been a thoughtful one. I came here seeking an evaluation and was met with an awesome team. Communication was great and Derek Collins came across as mentor. He really gets to know your story without judgement. Would recommend this place to anyone

This company is the worst! They don’t pick the phone up. I called for a week multiple times. So I had to make an appointment with the chat button at the bottom of their website. They never sent me the link to actually join the zoom call. Eventually I called them and they actually picked the phone up. I made the payment and the receptionist said it didn’t go through. I checked my bank account and clearly saw the money had been received. She kept running the card and it “wouldn’t go through”. I asked her to call me when it was “rectified” to not get a call back. When I called back in a slight panic since they didn’t bother calling me back like I insisted they said I was rude and they had to cancel my appointment and refund my money. This place has a horrible staff. They never pick up the phone nor call you back after you leave multiple messages. Don’t let that 4.8 star be the reason...

I am in the Business Coaching program, and I am amazed how simple things can be when you trust the process. The thing that set working with Derrick apart from others is he isn't cocky. Program was very easy to navigate, someone was always available when I called. Definitely recommend calling this center if you need a SAP.
