SAP Evaluations | Alcohol and Drug Evaluations | Diversion Center

I met with Derek for my evaluation and he was great. The interaction and discussion was very human. I didn't feel like another number. He was awesome. I recommend them big time!

I am very disappointed with this company. This had to have been a money scam. I’ve heard and read only good things about them. I got a lady named Danielle who barley asked me any valuable questions and the evaluation was unprofessional. She didn’t report half of the stuff I said but also reported stuff I didn’t say! She said his and a ms in the same sentence multiple times in the evaluation report. Now whether that is a typo or not she should have taken the time to look it over and make sure everything is correct. My evaluation report said I needed 3 months of asam level 2. I had called as I had no idea what this entails and they gave me absolutely no information. They told me they don’t offer this program so I’d have to call around and ask different companies. She was supposed to inform me how many classes and hours a week but they never allowed me speak to her directly. She also had...

Derek Collins was amazing. He was easy to talk with. I felt at ease talking with him. I am extremely grateful and appreciative for what he has done for me.

I needed to get back to driving and needed an affordable sap and Derrick was the man. Him and his counselor robbyn were amazing. I didn't know what to expect and it was a very easy, affordable, and educational experience that fmcsa requires for us drivers that need a second chance to get us back to our livelihood. The biggest thing is they care about doing what it takes to getting us drivers back on the road. Thank you Derrick and Robbyn.
