Discovery Point Heritage

We have been at Discovery point since February of this year. My daughter has had wonderful teachers who she's adored. We still have a bit of a hard time at drop-off but the teachers do a really great job of easing her into the morning. Mr and Mrs Chen are great individuals who seem to really care about the kids. My initial interaction with them is the reason I chose Discovery point.

I have had nothing but a great experience at this facility. I get a lot of feed back that I have never got from previous centers that my children have attended. Yes they do have tablets in the classrooms, however the teachers use them as a form of communication. I love to receive pictures of my child throughout the day along with what she has eaten or done. The teachers are very friendly and active with the children. I love to hear my child role play and pretend to be her teacher. My children love to go to school and ask every morning are we going to discovery point today!

Discovery Point Heritage is very nine and friendly daycare in NC, my son love to came to this school since Fed 2016!

My grandchildren love attending Discovery Point! It's always clean and neat, the teachers are always friendly and helpful! The staff encourages the children in task whether it's learning or playing - they are very interested in each child's engagement in their activities. I would gladly recommend Discovery Point of Heritage to anyone seeking quality and loving child care!

We have seen tremendous growth in our daughter since enrolling her at Discovery Point less than one month ago! The staff and owners are wonderful. I would highly recommend Discovery Point to anyone looking for an educational center for their child!

Both our kids go here (ages almost 4 and 8 months). The staff is very caring and friendly, making a point to know every child and parent who walks through the door. My infant daughter reaches for her teacher when we walk in every morning and starts waving bye to me! :) we've had experience at another major day care in WF and prefer this one. Prices are comparable to other centers.

My wife and I toured this Discovery Point location. The owners use questionable sales tactics!

Pros:
- "Organic" food
- Digital daily child report system

Cons:
- Crazy high price point!
- Both owners didn't maintain focus on "selling" their staff and facility. During the tour, they referenced and disparaged their competitors by name and suggested that some of their competitors would be going out of business due to DP taking their employees and customers
- The male owner specifically said we would be bad parents if we took our kids to certain child care centers

My recommendation: Proceed with caution and shop other 5 star facilities.

Discovery Point Heritage is the perfect childcare center for children. My both kids attend the Center and my wife and I are very happy with our decision. Discovery Point Heritage is a healthy and an ideal educational place for children. Mr and Mrs Chen are very professional and aware of what it takes to help, educate, and prepare kids to be ready for future challenges. I highly recommend Discovery Point to any parents who are seeking childcare for their kids.

Discovery Point is the first place that we have placed out daughter for child care. Since we have put her there, I have to say that I have not had a second thought if we did the right thing. The entire staff is happy to be there and it is quite apparent that their passion is the kids. It is wonderful having our daughter come home and tell us about the things she has learned in school and sing all of the songs they have been teaching her. THANK YOU to Mr and Mrs Chen and all of the teachers and staff at Discovery Point.
