I have been to hundreds of inspections as a real estate agent, but none of them were in Georgia... and none of them were for my personal residence. So I wanted to attend the home inspection of our soon home to be in Fayetteville. I was impressed with Jon Douglass' work ethic, the thorough report, his clear and concise explanation of what he found, and most notably how he didn't sugar-coat anything, (but he didn't sensationalize anything either). He answered my questions on the spot and investigated the items I was concerned about to my satisfaction. All in all a job well done. Thank you Jon.

Chris and Tina with Discovery Inspections were so helpful. We are moving to the area from out of state and had limited time when house hunting. Tina was able to schedule an inspection to happen within hours. Chris, the inspector, was so friendly and knowledgeable. He did an amazing job and offered excellent advice. We highly recommend them and would certainly use their services again if need be.

I was so glad that my real estate agent recommended Discovery Inspections for my home inspection. They gave me so much information about my new home and were extremely thorough in their inspection of my new home. It's not often any more that you find people who are knowledgeable, professional and personal, but you will find it will this company. They were lovely to work with.

If I could give 10 stars to Chris Rowe, my Discovery Home Inspector, it wouldn't be enough stars. This is a man of faith and service to our country with an awesome personality to boot. Thank you Chris! Aside from just really liking Chris a lot, he was fantastic inspecting my home. He was thorough and detailed in his explanations and in the final report. He covered every base and had pictures of specific areas of concern. He could tell me ideas of cost to repair items of concern and took the time and consideration not to do any damage while inspecting the roof. He really cares about doing his best to let you know what you're getting into....good or bad. In my case, very good. The girls in the office were so friendly in accommodating me to get this done quickly during the due diligence time frame. The prices are certainly reasonable.

Starting with my first phone conversation with Tina, my experience with Discovery Inspections has been exceptional. Purchasing a property is daunting for someone who knows very little about the myriad aspects of house construction and maintenance. As my first point of contact, Tina was interesting and engaging and put me at ease. She made me feel comfortable and confident to move forward. She explained the inspection process in detail, with patience and with good humor.
Adam inspected my prospective home purchase and he too was never irritated by my million questions. I trailed behind him for three hours while he explained in detail what to look for and how to take care of the house and property when it became my responsibility. Honestly, I think everyone should hire Adam to look at their house even if they aren't selling it. I learned more about construction and maintenance...

Chris was great. He was thorough and knowledgeable. Very personable, too! This was my first time experiencing a home inspection and I don't see how it could've gone or ever could go any better than it did. Highly recommend.

Being new to Georgia and Fayetteville in particular I was like a duck out of water. I was referred to Discovery Inspections by my agent. The process was unbelievably simple and the customer service I was met with was beyond my expectations. On the day of the inspection Aaron Ferrell arrived exactly on time. He was extremely friendly and professional. Right away he put me at ease with his knowledge and experience. Straight away we began the inspection and at every step he pointed out his findings. He was also very generous with his recommendations for items the builder may want to correct that were not part of the actual inspection.

Since this is not my first new construction purchase I am familiar with the technical side of things. All of the items and issues he pointed out were spot-on. He even pointed out some of the steps the contractor took to complete the build...

Barry did an outstanding, thorough inspection on our future home in Mableton, GA. He was very courteous and completed a brief review on the iPad of his photos and findings while at the property. Later that afternoon, we received the full report in a PDF format for our records and to share with the sellers agent. I appreciate the professionalism and attention to details that Barry brings to your company!
