I take my laptop for repair , they said they need to diagnose the power port and order power port and test it . They kept laptop for 1 day but next day called the power port is not available in online for replacement . No repair was done. They should check online.I am able to see power port online. Next day called and said not able to find power port anywhere so not able to fix it and charged $20 for it. They should have check port online before starting repair.But iam able to see it in online.very disappointed
