Digital Doc

My son's iPhone was not working right after getting a small amount of water in it at 6 Flags. After reading other positive reviews, I decided to go to Digital Doc in Chesterfield. I found the staff to be very helpful and genuinely concerned about my problem. They tried a number of things to see if my son's phone/data could be saved. In the end, it was already too late and both were lost. They had a refurbished phone, which I purchased for myself and handed my previous phone down to my son. They helped me figure out how to move our service and my data from my previous phone to the new one and made sure that when I left, I had two fully operating phones and plenty of solved problems!

Digital Doc highly recommended!!! They fixed my laptop charge port that had always been loose and remained uncharged most of the time. The cord now fits snug and my laptop remains charged all the time. My husbands iPhone battery would not keep charge, it was needing to be charged frequently. They replaced it and in 24 hrs the new battery would never charge above 84%. Brought it back the next day, replaced it immediately. They said if we had any problems to just return it and they would make it right. Would highly recommend them. Excelllent customer service, very knowledgeable about electronics, and offered tips on our iPhones that were quite helpful!
