I highly recommend them!!!

After taking my computer to our local computer repair shop I was told that my hard-drive was shot and I couldn't retrieve any data or pictures off my computer. The shop tried to talk me into spending hundreds to rebuild my hard-drive. I declined and took my computer home.

A friend of mine suggested Digital Doc and said the can work on almost anything! I took my computer in to their team and within a day I received a call that my computers data was recovered and to top it off my computer was back up and running too!!!

Very friendly service. Determined that my daughter’s hard drive on her laptop was bad and recommended a Samsung 500gb ssd. It has made all the difference. Labor cost of $70 seemed reasonable, too. They should have gotten the computer back to us a day or two sooner. We gave them the laptop on a Saturday, and they called me back the same afternoon with their suggestion for a new hard drive. I told someone over the phone that I wanted the Samsung ssd, but my choice got lost in the shuffle at the end of the day. Someone called me Monday to ask me what I wanted to do. I had to tell them again and got the laptop back on Tuesday. My only complaint and not a big deal. Still 5 stars. Overall a great experience, and I would definitely go back. Read more >
