Digital Doc has done it again! An audio chip went bad on my iPhone, which meant that it had to be sent off in order to be fixed. Since I was without my phone for around two weeks, Matt generously helped me with a loaner phone to use in the meantime. While my phone was out, it was discovered that another chip (WiFi this time) was also bad and needed to be replaced. Before any of the work was completed, Matt called me with an update and new cost estimate to make sure I wanted to move forward with the repairs. The work was completed in a timely manner, and I haven’t had any further issues. I would highly recommend Digital Doc, and will continue to be their #1 fan!
