Sarah was great. At a time when houses hit the market and just as quickly were sold, time was of the essence. Sarah was always available and quick to move at all stages of the search. A joy to work with. Early on it felt like we were working with a friend just as invested in find the perfect place. In the end, she didn’t just facilitate us buying a house, she walked the journey with us to find a home.

Sarah was very helpful in my recent home purchase. She helped me as an investor in a duplex and knew everything I wanted before I could ask for it. She helped me through the negotiations process and pushed me through to closing quickly and efficiently. I will be using her services in the future!

We spoke with three other agents before deciding on Diane. She was thorough, professional and, in hindsight, very accurate regarding her assessment of our house, it's value, and what needed to be done to put it on the market. She was always readily accessible to discuss our concerns and questions. From beginning meeting til closing, she delivered on EVERYTHING she planned for us. Couldn't have been more satisfied and would recommend her without any hesitation.
As an aside, this sale was to settle an estate after parents death. Diane was sensitive to this and truly helped us through a trying time.

Diane was an absolute rock star to work with. As an attorney, I wanted to be very hands on in the process of both selling and buying our home (which Diane assisted with both) and Diane knew how to let me be involved but also when she needed to take control. Having come from a business background, Diane provided us with an extra level of comfort throughout the whole process and made the selling of our old home and buying of our new home as easy as it could have been. My only complaint is that we do not plan on moving anytime soon and I will not be able to work with her again. However, we will certainly be recommending her to others!

A true expert, Diane knew how to market our duplex as an investment property and/or as a private home. That expertise (and her excellent photographic composition!) helped it sell in the first week. Since we live out of state, and had two tenants living in the duplex, it was especially good to have such a capable agent handling every detail. We've bought and sold a number of homes over the years, and we've become pretty good at recognizing agents' list-pricing methods. Some suggest listing far too low in their own "quick commission" interest, and some--to lure you into listing with them--suggest pie-in-the-sky numbers you'll never get, and that will only delay your sale. Diane priced our duplex exactly where it needed to be: fair to both us and our buyer.
