The key word is "Team." This is the second time the Diane McConaghy Team has sold my house. Both times they sold they were the highest price that a house had sold on that street. Diane's videos are highly informative and instructive. Diane helped me personally when I was ready to panic and give up due to dealing with a government bureaucracy over the buyer's mortgage approval. Diane also prices the houses fairly.
