Signed up for Zack Boothe's course first thing 2021. After tons of hard work, lots of long days and many excellent coaching calls, I got my first deal under contract and have closed on it! That was a super exciting day. The stuff Zack teaches works! He does such a great job at staying in touch with all of his students and answering questions not only weekly on the coaching call, but in the Facebook group as well. So glad I joined! Can't wait to see what the rest of the year holds! P. S. If you want to hear a bunch of excuses that I had and excuses that still run through my brain, hit me up on Facebook messenger. The doubts and struggles and head trash is there for everybody! I live in a highly competitive market (along with many others across the country) and this stuff can still be done successfully!
