Blanca's work was exemplary!

Franklin enjoyed the experience with Detail Cleaning Services

Hired Detail Cleaning Service to clean the house for a move out clean. The place looks amazing. Fantastic job and great service and communication thru the whole process.

The cleaning team was professional and efficient and I was very pleased with their work (giving 5 stars specifically for them). However, I was not very please with the administrative team and would give them 3-4 stars. There were a few misses in communication that I wouldn't have expected for the price I paid (which was for sure on the higher end in my experience - $600 for a standard deep clean, 2500sq ft home) as well as being a referral from a friend. This relentless pursuit for resolution should not have been necessary in the first place, as a professional cleaning company should have promptly acknowledged their mistakes and taken immediate steps to rectify them. The evasive...

Rudy was amazing today! Top to bottom clean of 2400 sq ft in 8 hours. And he hardly took a break. Incredible!

The technician was very nice and worked very quickly. I was very impressed with how much work she was able to get done in such a short amount of time.
