The cleaning team was professional and efficient and I was very pleased with their work (giving 5 stars specifically for them). However, I was not very please with the administrative team and would give them 3-4 stars. There were a few misses in communication that I wouldn't have expected for the price I paid (which was for sure on the higher end in my experience - $600 for a standard deep clean, 2500sq ft home) as well as being a referral from a friend. Mainly, I was told that someone would arrive between 8-12pm (arrived at 12:30ish). When I called for an ETA, I was told I was scheduled for later time and it would be after 12 (which is not what communicated the day before). This was annoying being a 1st time customer as I had other errands to do that day that could have been done in advance if I had known.
