We strongly believe that the main reason for our success is having an amazing team who is trustworthy, reliable and that feels part of our family. We love to give back to our community in different ways and are a proud partner of Cleaning For A Reason a non-profit organization where we provide free cleanings to cancer patients.

I contacted Detail Cleaning Services on Thursday for a quote and was schedule for a Friday deep clean. The ladies showed up on time and were thorough. I am very impressed with their services and am looking forward to my recurring cleaning every 2 weeks.

This was my first clean so there were a few initial bumps. Initial communication with office was rough and could use from improvement to ensure that the cleaning team has all the information communicated to them about the building location, how to gain access, and where to park. If you live in an apartment building or somewhere with secured access and limited parking, I recommend you offer to text them instructions to add, rather than giving that info over the phone. Additionally, the automatic 'on the way' notification failed so timing was a surprise. But I expect that to be a one time thing and followup from the dispatch person was apologetic and professional. Cleaning team was amazing! Warm, communicative, professional, and thorough. Would love for them to be my regular team! INCREDIBLE cleaning + INCREDIBLE customer service

I live in a high rise apartment and keep my place pretty tidy but I like to get a deep clean every few months and after using 2 other companies that didn't really leave me impressed I ran across Detail Cleaning Services and their 5 star rating online.

My experience with Detail Cleaning Service was just that - 5 star from start to finish!
I was able to schedule an appointment pretty quickly by phone and in speaking with Daniel and he was super thorough in asking specific questions to deliver a custom cleaning experience. I received a text confirmation the day of service and when I came home to my cleaned apartment it exceeded my expectations.
