It all started great with detailed cleaners, they showed up on time or earlier than expected, we had the same girls as we had requested, they really paid attention to detail and would look for smallest thing to help us with. I especially loved the way they folded the towels. Then after a few weeks, we got different people coming to clean and they weren't very good and were only there 2/3 of the time the other maids are usually there. We had to revacume, clean some counter tops, mop floors. It was not a good experience. We decided to give them a another chance and when we got home there was a pink stain on kitchen silestone counter. They said there was a pink post it there with water on it and it stained it. I've been told their protocol is to take a picture of the way they found it and inform the agency straight away. None of it happened. I did go through the trash and found a pink...

I wanted to leave a review for Ino, our tech that cleaned our carpets. He did a great job on cleaning our carpets for our home that we just moved into. He texted me before arriving as promised, and was very professional, punctual, and friendly. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family for future carpet cleaning services.
