Joe was very friendly and helped us with our quote. The time from signing the contract until the awning was installed was really fast, approx. 3-4 weeks. Dario was available to answer questions as needed and also very friendly. The team of guys who came out to perform the install were very professional and friendly. They had the whole unit installed in about an hour. I couldn’t believe how quickly it was installed! It looks great and has improved the curb appeal of my house ten fold.
My only gripe would be the cost. Competitors like sun setter, were MUCH cheaper. I was alittle shocked at how expensive an10 foot wide awning ended up being in comparison to some others I had seen. When I told my friend who builds homes what I paid for my awning, his eyes nearly popped out of his head. He had noted he could have roofed the patio for half the price! At the time I of signing...
