Back in 2019, our awning was delivered and installed shorter than we ordered. Owner said he would replace with the wider awning ordered once he was able to sell ours to someone else for a discount. Never heard from him again. Now I’m looking for a “smart drop” for this awning, but I don’t want to do business with him again, but Sunesta keeps referring me to him. URGH!
