The men did a great job installing the replacement awning. I would have given 5 stars except for the finishing the men did not do.
I realized it was quiet outside and went to check on them. They were gone! I was told they had knocked on both doors and tried calling me, but got no answer. They assume I was not home. I was! My dog did not bark, so knocking was questionable to me. I have a door bell. They did not ring it.
Long bolts had been removed from the original awning and tossed into the grass around the patio. This would have been a major problem with the lawn mower! Small pieces of cardboard were also in the grass.
So, good job on the installation, but terrible job finishing. 4 stars only.
