DLP - Desert Luxury Pools

DLP has been taking care of our spool for 5-years. Technicians come & go, but I wanted to write and share our appreciation for current 2x weekly technician, Art Blanco. Under Art's care our spool has never looked better. He is on top of chemistry and additives needed in our desert heat to keep water clear. DLP uses an app that provides service reports with before/after photos, pool chemistry and list of what was done. Thank you Pete Anderson for putting Art on our route.

Desert Luxury Pools has been handling our maintenance for 5-years. This summer we needed their repair team. The crew showed up in record breaking heat to get our spool repairs underway. After site visit from owner Pete Anderson, he authorized additional work/vendors to make sure everything was top notch. Lead repair person, Carlos took the time to walk me through what they were doing and make sure we were happy with the final results. I appreciate that Pete & his office manager, Lauren, are only a phone call away and make your pool their priority!

I've had a couple of unfortunate incidents with this team. Last winter, they cleaned my filters but didn't set them up correctly, causing my heater to malfunction. I called the service provider, and they discovered the filter wasn't properly set up. Last week, during another cleaning, they broke the pressure valve and left it open without informing me. I noticed the cleaning system wasn't working properly and restarted it, only to have water gush out like a fountain. When they came to fix it yesterday, my pool water got dirty. When I asked the pool service person, he mentioned he had already instructed his team to fix it the next day, but they failed. After cleaning
yesterday, I noticed that the cap on my in-floor filter was broken. When I checked with the office, they claimed it was already broken. I observed my filter was running fine until they started cleaning, suggesting...

Desert Luxury Pools, show up weekly without fail, sends a report of the service with an image included, and Dale always does an excellent job. I’m impressed with their responsiveness and attention to detail Lauren the office manager is excellent with communication. We would absolutely recommend Desert Luxury Pools for an honest, fair, and reliable pool service.

I’m very pleased with the work. My pool is always clean. I’m usually sitting outside having coffee when they come. Carlos is always friendly and quiet.

I never write reviews but I had to share our experience. My pool light was broken, and Carlos came out for a service call. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. Not to mention kind and honest about our situation. I would definitely recommend him for future service calls Thank you Carlos!

Sold me $6000 in new pump and equipment they chose for my pool setup and then put a man who has no clue about the system in charge of it. Now because of his constant neglect and ignorance of the problems with the new system they are blaming leaves and abandoning the equipment and its maintenance. Dealing with them has been a total
Nightmare.

We signed this company up to take care of our pool in Indio, CA. The pool looked increasingly worse each month over the course of 6 months. They lied about chemical level readings because there was algae growing on the sides of my pool. They sent young and inexperienced cleaners that couldn't handle a salt water pool. Every bill would have extra charges beyond the monthly cleaning amount. We paid them to fix our pool vacuum and it still doesn't work. When we cancelled service, they didn't even ask why or if there were any problems. They really do not care about taking care of your pool. DO NOT USE THEM.
