It’s a good feeling when I can leave home for a length of time and be confident that my pool will be taken care of. Art B does that for me. Thanks DLP for putting Art on my route. 👍

Tommy is far and away the BEST! He never complains and he is always respectful. He does a flawless job cleaning the pool - even after a storm blows debris all over the place. THANK YOU TOMMY!

We want to thank Tommy for being so very thorough and cleaning and caring for our pool. One weekend we were gone and he came on Friday and realized we had left our barbecue grill on and he called me. Had he not been very observant our grill could have burned up and no telling what would’ve happened.
He has also come over to help get the leaves out of the pool a day early because my husband had a broken wrist and couldn’t clean it.
We have had no issues with this company at all great job

I continue to love Desert luxury pool services.They assigned Tommy as my technician and I was lucky they did. He’s very professional, prompt and great communicator in the sense of keeping me posted on how healthy my pool is . Sends me photos before and after his service and a detailed description of what was done. I must add he’s extremely a gentleman. In my mind, he’s an asset to desert luxury pools. I have been using Desert Luxury Pools since March 2024. Tommy has been very polite and punctual. He is keeping our pool very clean. We use our pool frequently during summer and it always feels nice that pool is clean and ready to jump-in. I always gets weekly email report of our pool chemical status and a photo of the pool. I have no issues with this company so far.

Our pool is in great hands and we sure do appreciate the bonus of friendly service with Tommy. Makes paying for the service worthwhile. Thank you DLP.

Desert Luxury Pools does a great job and more specifically Tommy. Tommy is constantly making my pool shine every week regardless of how bad the weather has been day before or of the service. On top of that he communicates with me. A simple text here or there to make sure I am aware of anything that should be addressed. Excellent service and I highly recommend!

After five years we have FINALLY found the most amazing pool company! Jeremy looks after our pool, he comes on the same two days per week, always around the same time- so it is so easy to know when he is coming. He sends before and after pictures PLUS our chemical readings after each visit. WOW! Where have you been Desert Luxury Pools?!?! THANK YOU Jeremy and Team! We appreciate you! We highly recommend!

We started using this company in June last year. At first, they made a list for us of changes that needed to be made at our complex. We paid them to clean out our equipment rooms and replace stolen and broken equipment. We paid to have our equipment rooms fenced in and secured. We hired a company to resurface 2 of the pools. We hired cleaners to come a few days a week to clean the pool deck. We had Desert Luxury drain and refill all 3 pools. Over time, we noticed the pools getting dirtier and dirtier and not being properly cleaned. They always had an excuse: the wind is blowing sand, there was a storm, the filters were being shut off by tenants. We pointed out that the filter switches were always on when they claimed that, but in good faith, we paid them to place covers over them with red switches. The health department came out and closed 2 of the 3 pools and still they...
