We started using this company in June last year. At first, they made a list for us of changes that needed to be made at our complex. We paid them to clean out our equipment rooms and replace stolen and broken equipment. We paid to have our equipment rooms fenced in and secured. We hired a company to resurface 2 of the pools. We hired cleaners to come a few days a week to clean the pool deck. We had Desert Luxury drain and refill all 3 pools. Over time, we noticed the pools getting dirtier and dirtier and not being properly cleaned. They always had an excuse: the wind is blowing sand, there was a storm, the filters were being shut off by tenants. We pointed out that the filter switches were always on when they claimed that, but in good faith, we paid them to place covers over them with red switches.
