DLP - Desert Luxury Pools

I am writing a NEGATIVE review for services provided by Desert Luxury Pools (DLP). The most recent bad experience was their refusal to replace several of my plants and trees that did not recover after being without proper irrigation for 13 day after they turned of my water source to the plants for maintenance (pool water level float system). I was not told or informed they had turned off the water or how long it would be off. My landscaper found the water had been turned off when he came for biweekly service. Witnessed by him, myself and the DLP pool service tech. The DLP manager has sent me several emails and refuses responsibility to pay for replacement of my plants. Once we found the water had been turned off, we turned it back on and set the frequencey and time on for sprinklers to increased amount. However some of the many plants did not recover. I can't say enough about Desert Luxury Pools! It's way more than cleaning, it's care and maintenance but above all, the professionalism and communication I recieve is beyond any other pool/spa service I've had.
The office manager Lauren always greets me by name when I call or when something needs to be done and communicated, she makes sure it happens. She is always so kind, responsive and never makes me feel like I am asking for too much.
Rob is the main technician who performs my weekly service and always brings my pool back to looking crystal clear. (Even when there's been heavy usage in these summer months) The cleaning/maintenece reports after each service are always such a help to determine what next steps are needed (if any) and a great line of communication as I am Not at the property Full time.

Great pool service. Tommy has great communication with me since I have a dog and I am able to get my pool cleaned and keep him and my dog safe. He does a great job with the pool and always closes my gate properly.

I have waited awhile to post this bc I wanted to see if our new company found the same issues that Desert Luxury Pools found. Guess what? My new company has found no issues with my small 11k gallon play pool. I have not had any cleaning hoses break like have done with DLP. They wanted $3k to replace the motor and we said no cant afford it so my Dad who is beyond handy bought a brand new one and installed it himself. Then DLP got snarky with us when asked about another issue they said we and we were told to check with the person who installed the motor. Like couldn't be bothered! I have never suspected a company to PURPOSEFULLY break things or lie outright about needing repairs but as of today.....that has changed. Dylan is awesome, respectful, knowledgeable and takes pride in cleaning my pool and time to educate me about pool upkeep and additional products offered with my pool service.

Tommy has been my new pool tech for the past few months. Tommy is very knowledgeable, great communication, and does not mind answering questions or showing me things about my pool. I’ve been with Desert luxury pools reviews for a few years now and absolutely love their service and no issues since. They’re extremely professional if anything comes up I am always informed right away. Tommy is amazing and always shows up each week and does a great job 👏 My kids enjoy the pool each weekend! My Pool tech Tommy is very very efficient. He does a fabulous job great personality. He tells you what he is doing if you’re out there and you ask questions he’s an exceptionally great guy. Highly recommend him to anybody that.
