Desert Luxury Pools has been our pool service since we installed our pool 2 years ago. They have kept our pool clean & sparkling and we have been happy with them but now we are ecstatic! That is because our pool technician is Brooke! She has gone above and beyond to make sure we are pleased with their service and that our pool looks terrific! She consistently shows up on her scheduled day and has even given us advice that has ended up saving us money! I highly recommend Desert Luxury Pool service & especially Brooke!

My normal tech is Rob who is FANTASTIC! Today I had Alex out filling in, he was amazing as well. Very Pleased with his knowledge about our pool and equipment. All around happy with this company.

Just purchased a property that this company was servicing for the last year. We used the pool and hot tub once after they had just serviced the pool. Our 2 yo got severe skin rash/burns from how bad the water was after their treatment. I called the company and they blamed it on one non-regular tech coming, but that is not possible. We had another reputable company test the levels. The cyanuric acid was so high that off the chart chlorine levels were needed to have any free chlorine in the pool. The pH was not balanced at all. The pool/tub were not vacuumed at all, bugs not swept from surface, and pebble tech staining from poor long term pH balance with them. They were only throwing in cheap chlorine tabs every week and not actually testing or cleaning the pool.
