Dental and Aesthetics of Pittsburgh

I recently had a cleaning done by Kaitlyn at Dental Aesthetics. Great experience. Gentle yet thorough. The office staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

My girlfriend and I have been coming to these offices for roughly 4 years and have seen both Dr Zotis and Dr Carr since she joined the practice.

Both of us have had the works - cleanings, cavities, a crown, Invisalign, etc.

Some important background:
I am a health care professional myself and have won company awards for patient care/customer service when I was a community pharmacist. I have also lived in Ohio and Indiana and have seen my fair share of dentists/ dental offices.

I have a keen eye for patient care and even higher expectations — I expect excellence. It takes a lot for me to feel compelled to write a review and here we are!

Let me start off by saying the staff here is super friendly. The newest dentist hired is nice, but rushes your appointment. Two weeks ago I had a filling done. She told me it wasn’t very deep, but then proceeded to drill pretty deep in my tooth. She finished the filling, I go about my day and my tooth is pretty sensitive. I don’t think anything other than I just had work done it should go away in a couple days. Two weeks pass by I still can’t chew on the right side of my mouth. So I go in today to have her look at it, she puts the cold gel on my tooth I say yep there it is. She says I need a root canal cause she drilled down right by my nerve basically. I’m like ugh okay, I ask about a tooth below the one that bothered me and she looked at it. She proceeds to also say “Let me see if I can adjust it” I’m like adjust what? She brings the drill out and starts drilling in my tooth without...

Every time I come - whether a routine visit or issue- I am treated with friendly respect. The care is excellent. And the business office staff will help you maintain your composure with your insurors. I am very grateful.

Dr. Zotis and the staff couldn’t be more wonderful! I had a couple of bad experiences with previous dentists so I let issues with my teeth go for quite a while which only made them worse. A friend told me about Dr. Zotis so I took a chance and made an appointment even though I was very nervous about it. They have all been so caring, understanding and patient with me. I have had a lot of major work done in phases, and I’m very pleased with how it has gone. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking for quality care and an excellent dentist and staff!
