Went to dr zotis for years. I trusted her and the office for years to give good advice and great care. I have always felt the office was “salesy" but seems to have gone even further. Every visit trying to sell you some overpriced toothbrushes, Invisalign, saying she would give you a discount if you came to some party. Strange….

She lost me as a client when she recently told me I needed over 5k in work. I decided to go to another dentist who told me my root canal was infected that was completed by zotis roughly 3 years ago. Zotis never told me I needed to have this root canal fixed. SHE NEVER TOLD ME MY ROOT CANAL WAS INFECTED. She said work had to completed for long term preservation of my teeth. Dr. Zotis and her staff are wonderful, dedicated medical professionals. I used to dread going to the dentist until I found this dental practice. The office is clean and modern. The staff members are caring and work with your schedule to get an appointment as soon as possible. Dr. Zotis is extremely knowledgeable and puts your best interests as the patient first. 10/10 recommend!

Ignored my wife when she reported issues that ended in an infection. Unable to fix one of her fillings after three attempts. Kept trying to sell her Invisalign when her new dentist says she has some of the straightest teeth they have ever seen. Neither her nor I could get an appointment timely post COVID, in her case they have required every appointment she has ever booked to be rescheduled at least once. The reply to this review implies I have the wrong office, I don't, I haven't been there since 2021 because of the aforementioned issues and because I have a new dentist. I originally gave a two star since my experiences when I did have appointments were positive, but after the reply I decided to write out a full review and drop a star.

Used to love this place, not sure what's happening nowadays. Had an appointment back in April that got rescheduled due to "supply shortages". Understandable, but didn't reschedule me until October. Appointment coming up, needed rescheduled for a month out. They don't seem to care much for the patients... Need to fit in their schedule for them to take you, not the other way around... Finding a new dentist, hope they can get things together...

I have to say that I thought I had a great Dentist in Dr Zotis. But her practice is doomed by the incompetence of its staff. Terrible customer service, and they obviously do not care about their patients. Look elsewhere

Don't get bridge work done there! Constantly have issues only to not be able to get seen and referred to a specialist!

Best Dentist Ever! Only took me 50 years to find this practice. I had major cosmetic/dental work done and I couldn’t be happier. Dr is so nice and very patient focused. Staff is excellent and so nice and engaging. I highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed!
