The practice I work for got Andy’s information from a Facebook group for dental offices. Though he was unfortunately unable to help us, he kindly gave us contacts we could reach out to. We had another win today in our collections department! It wasn't a large amount, but sometimes we choose to send the small accounts just to prove a point. Today was a win to justify not letting the small accounts "steal" from us, which is how we see it! After losing dental insurance, a patient thought that we just shouldn't collect from him because "it wasn't fair" that he forgot he dropped his insurance on one of his family members and you know we really didn't do a lot in that appointment anyways...wrong answer! So we sent him to collections after refusing to pay and going through our collections cycle :( To save the day, Andy and his team were successful in getting him to pay his balance! We didn't get rich when we collected on this account, but it was about getting the patient to pay his balance and learning that paying for his services is expected!...

Our office uses AR Ninja and they are the best! They recently collected on an account that went to bankruptcy! Andy is amazing to work with and very knowledgeable! Cannot say enough about the wonderful team!! Thank you!
