Dent Free Image Mobile Paintless Dent Repair

Let me start off by saying that I have never needed paintless dent repair service, until today. Let me also say that I am a big skeptic and I am very particular on who I let near my vehicle. With that said, I had a rear quarter panel dent about the size of a baseball and was near rigid body lines. I felt it was going to be impossible to fix, but a quick google search led me to Peter Vega and his respectable 5 star reviewed site, Dent Free Image. I called him up, he requested that I send him a couple of photos of the damage, he replied within 20 mins with a quote and an approximate arrival time (this was all arranged and completed on a Saturday). I agreed to have him work on my vehicle (2014 BMW 428i M series). He showed up within the said time, pulled out his tools, and went straight to work. I had sent an email for a estimate request on a dent on my truck's fender. Peter called me in less than 24 hours and gave me an estimate.

He came out to my place, worked on the dent, a couple of hours later the dent was gone as if it had never even happened.

A shopping kart at HEB magically (yeah right) rolled out of it's designated spot and decided to target my BMW. I called, he told me to text a picture, he called a few minutes later with a price and we setup an appointment. Took care of the original dent and another dent I hadn't noticed at no additional cost. Owner came by to fix a difficult dent on the rear door of my mini-van which had a huge crease. I was just hoping would make it a little less noticeable but he was able to get it fixed so that crease can only be seen at a certain angle way exceeded my expectations. He also fixed about twelve smaller "dings" which are now not noticeable at all. I came out to see him working on the "waves" in one of my side door panels that I hadn't noticed but he worked on it for free. Was very impressed he fixed some items that weren't even part of original agreement free of charge. I don't write many reviews but felt it necessary to show my appreciation for a job well done...

I got a nasty basketball sized dent on my back bumper after hitting a pole in a parking garage. I live in the Austin area and never found any garages that could accommodate my schedule and all seemed to be incredibly expensive. I found Peter online knowing I'd be in San Antonio and contacted him with the picture. He got me an estimate right away and was able to fit me in that weekend, the next day, since I'd only be in SA a couple days. He was very professional and it's great that I was able to sit inside my house while he fixed everything. I was shocked by the outcome, you can't tell anything ever happened. He got everything out, and I could tell he was a perfectionist not wanting to leave until it looked the best he could get it. My experience with dent free image was great. The quote was quick and over the phone through picture messages. I called Peter on a Friday, sent him pictures of the dent on my truck and had a quote in under an hour. Peter explained the process to me over the phone, and was at my house the next day fixing my dent. My dent was small with a sharp crease and Peter said most shops would walk away from it because it would take too long to fix. It took him 2 hours to fix the dent and by the time Peter was done, if the florescent lighting hits it just right, it looked like a small imperfection in the paint . When I take my truck anywhere in the sun, I can't tell anything was ever there. I hope to never have to need PDR service again, but if I do, I won't look for anyone else but Dent Free Image.
