Disappointed from week 1 in the handling of my case. Worst experience I have ever had dealing with an attorneys office over the entire length of my case handling. Very unprofessional in the handling of my case and I do not feel they earned even 1/4 of what they got paid. Completely lacking communication between staff and I was handed to 4 different case workers over just a few months due to staff leaving so often. Inadequate and Incorrect notes in the file from day 1and they backed out of the liens they promised with the doctors office a week after I signed on with them and I had to pay cash for all treatment and MRI after that. That's the short version. I felt like a number that didn't matter to them at all. Wish I never would have hired them.

My experience was better than expected overall... Charles was totally prepared ahead of time for me and worked diligently for my situation which made me feel good about my decision to use him.. he was on top of everything from the beginning, informative and knowledgeable of my case and also very thorough.. I was ultimately satisfied I would recommend him or this outfit to anyone
