We needed a plumber right away at our house. Don Jr. came within minutes of us calling. He was awesome! He was quick, professional, and friendly. He was informative, explaining which tool was best to use going forward, and letting us know about a potential issue that we need to address very soon before it gets worse without trying to pressure us into spending more money. I would definitely use them again, especially Don Jr., and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good plumber!

I needed a new water heater so I called 5 different companies and Deer Valley Plumbing was the only company that gave me a quote over the phone and do same day service. They arrived fairly quickly and their service tech (Joseph) was very friendly and professional!

Although it was a minor job I needed a plumber ASAP. Deer Valley Plumbing had a technician there inside of an hour. Everything was explained about their social distancing policy before the tech even arrived. It was reassuring to know they cared about their customers and their technicians in these times. The job was completed quickly and correctly and the price was quite reasonable. I highly recommends your company to anyone in need of a plumber!

Eric was professional, prompt and courteous during the service call. I appreciate his patient answering all my questions. He knows what customer service is about. I would highly recommend them and will be calling for future service needs.

Deer Valley Plumbing was out for a quick consultation fee. They canceled our original appointment after being an hour late. We rescheduled for the next morning and the sales representative arrived, looked around for 5 minutes gave us a quote, collected the consultation fee, and was supposed to send us an official quote by the end of day after speaking with his boss. I never heard back! I called three days later and was told they must have forgot. A few hours later I received an emailed quote that was $10,000 higher than what the sales rep. had mentioned while on site. They basically blew us off and kept the consultation fee of $75. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We ended up finding a plumbing company to do the job for under $3,000.

I called them on Saturday around 11am after another company flaked. By the end of Saturday I hadn't heard back from them. At around 11am Monday I got a voice message saying they were following up. Following up to what, exactly?? A service call from 2 days earlier??

They are a great company and they were there when we had our hot water tank issue. That for the great service.
