Daniel swapped out our water filters for our in-line water purifier. He also set us up for a follow up visit in one year. He also renewed our membership. He worked quickly and did a terrific job.

The price was a little higher than I liked but the work was done well and the technician friendly. Remington did a good job.

Came out twice to repair water line past water meter First time didn't do it.

When I called to make the appt. I told them that I thought I had a slab leak or it may be be my solar water heater of 6 yrs. I asked if they could conduct a leak detection and was told yes they could. They said it would be $75. which would go toward any repair needed. When the 2 young guys came out they did everything I had already done and said they didn’t do slab leaks and didn’t work on Solar water heaters, but could refer someone. They said it would be $150. and I balked at this since they didn’t do much that I had already done, so they said they would only charge the $75. (I basically paid $75. for nothing). I called Arizona Leak Detection and she did a great job in finding out it was a clog in my solar water heater pipe and a landscaping drip system failure. Parker & Sons was out the day before Deer Valley Plumbing and neither checked the drip system or water heater...

On their website, I was able to book my appointment. That made me a bit nervous as I didn’t get to speak with a live person. I was pleasantly surprised when within 10 minutes of booking online a representative called me to go over my issue and confirm a technician. When Daniel arrived he was professional and knowledgeable. He gave me options and kept me up to date on his progress. Pricing was very fair considering the work that had to be done. Daniel was great and would definitely use this company again!

I've used them twice now and had excellent customer service. They were prompt and helpful. Did the jobs very well.
