I had attempted to have Roto-Rooter help me with my plumbing problem. That was a nightmare. I was frustrated when I contacted Dear Services. They were able to identify that the problem was faulty plumbing installation that was causing sewage to back up into my shower. The first Dear plumber that came to my house dropped the ball in his customer service and caused me even more frustration because he did not complete the job I paid for and my plumbing problem remained. At this point I had been without the use of my entire master bathroom and my washer and dryer for over two weeks! The owner of the company called me to apologize and told me he was sending his best and most experienced plumber to my house and that they were going to fix the problem.
