I only gave one star because I it won't allow me to give negative stars!!! I ordered online through Amazon.com and was given a range date for time of delivery of product. I then set an appointment (which is non-refundable) for 3 days AFTER the last date in the date range. They are now saying it will up to five days late which is after my appointment. Tried messaging through amazon to which I got no response and have been trying to call today for 6 hours now (trying EVERY department they have) to get nothing but a recorded message and a promise to call back. Well surprise, they don't return calls either. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I will be sure to tell everyone that will listen to avoid this company at ALL costs.
