I ordered roof rack for my 2019 Honda Odyssey from Dealer Sales Solutions LLC on Amazon because they had the lowest price, and it was in stock. They sent me an incomplete set, everything was there, except the hardware bag. I contacted them in hopes we can get this resolved quickly, either sent me another set, or just the hardware… after few messages, THEY confirmed they shipped a COMPLETE SET, and wont be able to acomodate me. They asked me to return the item. Fine, I packed everything as they sent me, and dropped it off at a UPS drop off, and ordered another one from the same seller. The other one came in, it looked as someone had it open, was not packed properly, and had tape/glue residue on some parts… fine, it was complete, I installed it (no instructions provided, just google it and watch you tube, as it is little tricky with trimming).
