Seller does not have the inventory they list on ebay. Not sure if they dropship or how they conduct business. You will experience delays. They will lie when the product will ship. They will stop responding. Then eventually eBay will step in and issue you a refund. Spend the few extra dollars to avoid TPD (The Parts Department). I sure wish I did.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dealer Sales Solutions (Parts Department) when attempting to return a product. After I reached out to initiate a return, they asked me to pay for the return shipping, which I reluctantly agreed to, thinking it was part of their policy. Once I shipped the item back, I never heard from them again. Despite the item being returned in good condition, they simply kept it without issuing a refund or providing any updates.

This is absolutely unacceptable, and I would strongly advise against buying from them. I feel scammed and taken advantage of. It's bad enough that I had to cover the cost of shipping, but to not even receive a refund or any customer support makes this a horrible experience. Stay away from this seller unless...

I bought a set of 4 Tacoma mud flaps from them off eBay but they only shipped 2 mud flaps. I am missing Left Front and Right Rear. I reached out to them and sent photos. They didn’t believe me, they wouldn’t just send the 2 I’m missing, they never gave me a refund, but they offered me to ship the 2 I did have back to them in exchange for another package. I ended up just buying a complete set from a more reputable Toyota dealer from the same app.
