I'd give more stars if I could.

In most cases, a house is one of the most expensive purchases you will ever make. I did not want to gamble on it with a poor home inspection. Initially, I called nearly 8 different home inspection companies for quotes and services. DBJ Home Inspections was by far the most professional. I particularly requested a Master Certified Nachi Inspector and the representative immediately scheduled an appointment with Devon.

Devon was friendly, professional, informative and very thorough through the entire inspection. I highly recommend him if he's available. Within the same day we were able see the full report of the whole home with comments and pictures included.

Additionally, the website to view the report is very user friendly. It is well laid out to better understand what needs to be fixed, why it should be fixed...

DBJ was referred by my realtor. Anyone she trust, I trust however my own experience exceeded my expectations. Devon was punctual, friendly, and professional. He was very approachable regarding any questions I had. He took about 3 hours with my inspection and it was supposed to be about 1.5 hours. He definitely took his time making he sure did a great job. I received my detailed inspection report later that evening on an account with all my info. Overall, great experience as a first time home buyer.
