D'BEST! Floorz

I would never recommend D'Best to anyone. We unfortunately used Fernando to redo the kitchen in our new house and it was one of the most stressful things we've ever done. Fernando was rude and condescending the entire time. Once they got our money, it was as if customer service went out the window. They'd show up whenever they wanted to do the job (like 7am when they told us noon). The demo crew was so quick to be careful taking apart the old granite that they ripped our walls and made major damage. They cut the electrical lines for the disposal/dishwasher so short, we had to call an electrician to come out and repair them. Fernando left his crew (one man and one woman) at our house to finish the job- they didn't speak English. When I tried to explain to them where I wanted my cabinet pulls, they called Fernando because of the language barrier. Fernando said he'd come next week and do...

LEO is great. I shopped around for weeks for the best price....They had the best price and GREAT product...I did my whole house 2,000 feet (not bathrooms or kitchen). Leo was very nice and respectful. Installers were on point with the measurements and quality of work was SHARP. They even did my kitchen backsplash, which came out nice.

Absolutely thrilled with the service I have received by Leo Rodriguez at D'best. I like to work with people I trust and he won that during my recent rental home renovation project. We loved a very specific laminate from another local "big box" wholesale store but since it would take 3-4 weeks to be delivered, they were no longer a viable option. Leo worked with me to get a competitive price on a very similar laminate and the order of 900 sq/ft with several trim pieces came in 3 days! They have an expansive showroom and they have a lot of options for laminate, real wood, carpet and tile. We have some more renovations to do so I will be back to the store again soon.

Another small gesture that keeps in my memory is I stopped by one day and told them I liked the way it smelled in there. Wallace(another D'best representative) showed me the bottle of air freshener,...

Materials arrived 1 week after promised. Installers arrived 1.5 days late to start the work. One of the installers was more interested in talking to his girlfriend on his cell phone than working. I paid for 1/16" grout line, they installed 1/8". Loads of hollow spots under the tiles (about 30% of the tiles). I paid for extra tiles for future work, but they have not delivered or given any notice about it after 10 days. They unnecessarily cut the door frames, which will now have to be replaced. They promised to install some baseboards in partial compensation for my bad experience but never did it. I would not recommend them for anything. The biggest mistake I ever made was hiring these people.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Got a quote on black friday to use the free tv and .99 cent install special. Got a quote and lower priced than shown if I did not take the TV. Got salesperson to go and measure to get a full quote. Got one for 2 bathrooms and 3 rooms in wood laminate. Paid 80% in cash up front to get a better deal. Got a call week later that they mis measured it would be $900 more. Fine I agreed. Got another call they made a mistake it would be $400 more. I asked for my money back. General manager asked for $150 and it would all get done he did not want to loose my buss. Well they delivered the product, did the laminate and next day I get a call from installers that there is not enough product to finish the baths. Used a few choice words to tell them to stick product were the moon don't shine. Spoke to manager and G.M. telling them that this was their problem not mine. Asked...
